Dubai-based investment firm Vy Capital holds around 3.4% of SpaceX, a stake valued at approximately $40 billion, according to the Financial Times.

The position makes Vy Capital SpaceX’s fifth-largest shareholder and exceeds the disclosed holdings of major venture firms including Sequoia Capital and Andreessen Horowitz. Vy first invested in SpaceX in 2016, when the company was valued at roughly $15 billion, giving the firm substantial gains from SpaceX’s growth and 2026 public listing.
