SpaceX is targeting its 14th Starship test flight as early as the end of August, with plans to deploy the first upgraded Starlink V3 satellites into orbit.

The mission could also mark SpaceX’s first attempt to return and catch the Starship upper stage using the launch tower’s mechanical arms, subject to regulatory approval. SpaceX says V3 satellites are expected to provide roughly 10 times the broadband capacity and data density of current generations, making Starship central to the next phase of Starlink expansion.
