Revolut Proposes Raising Storonsky’s Share-Backed Borrowing Limit to $250 Million

Revolut has asked investors to approve changes that would allow CEO Nik Storonsky to borrow up to $250 million against his stake in the company, five times the current $50 million limit.

The proposal would also remove the requirement for board approval for larger share pledges and broaden the shares that can be used as collateral. Storonsky owns roughly 29% of Revolut, while the company was recently valued at about $115 billion in a secondary share sale.
