Revolut Favors U.S. Primary Listing for Future IPO
Revolut CEO Nik Storonsky said the company would favor a primary U.S. listing if it proceeds with an IPO, providing additional clarity on the fintech's public-market plans.
Storonsky said Revolut wants to become a major player in the U.S. and plans to introduce credit cards and loans once it receives a full banking charter. The company was valued at $115 billion in a 2026 secondary share sale, while a potential IPO is still expected to be at least a year away and subject to market conditions.
