Revolut is exploring the launch of digital banking and electronic money services in the Philippines as part of its broader expansion across Asia.

The company is considering regulatory structures needed to secure digital banking and Electronic Money Issuer licences from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Revolut already operates a global technology hub in Manila, established in 2025, while Philippine authorities have offered to facilitate discussions with relevant regulators.
