Revolut CEO Discusses New Share Award Linked to $500 Billion Valuation

Revolut CEO and co-founder Nik Storonsky is in talks with investors over a new incentive package that would grant him additional shares if the fintech reaches a valuation of approximately $500 billion.

The proposed arrangement would follow Storonsky’s existing performance-based share scheme, which provides awards when Revolut crosses predefined valuation thresholds. Storonsky currently owns about 29% of the company and could increase his stake to around 40% if its valuation reaches $200 billion.

The discussions come as Revolut conducts a secondary share sale at a reported $115 billion valuation. Revolut declined to comment on the negotiations.
