Revolut appointed Chief Banking Officer Sid Jajodia as an Executive Director of Revolut Group Holdings, subject to regulatory approvals.

Jajodia has overseen the company’s global banking operations since joining Revolut in 2021. During the past year, the fintech launched its fully licensed UK bank, began banking operations in Mexico and Australia, and applied for a U.S. national bank charter.

The appointment reflects the increasing strategic importance of regulated banking operations as Revolut expands beyond Europe.
