Nvidia disclosed that it held nearly 123 million SpaceX shares worth about $21 billion at the end of June, revealing the scale of its financial exposure to Elon Musk’s company following the IPO.

The investment complements a broader strategic relationship between the companies. SpaceX has committed to using Nvidia’s next-generation Vera Rubin architecture for its AI infrastructure as it rapidly expands computing capacity for its AI businesses and planned orbital data centers.
