Moonshot AI has closed its final private funding round at a valuation of approximately $50 billion and is targeting a Hong Kong IPO in the first quarter of 2027.

The company has begun preparations for early investor meetings and could seek to raise as much as $5 billion in the listing. Moonshot’s valuation has increased from about $31.5 billion in its previous summer funding round, while annual recurring revenue is reportedly expected to reach $2 billion by December, up from around $1 billion currently.
