Snowflake made Moonshot AI’s Kimi K3 available in private preview through Snowflake Cortex AI, expanding enterprise access to the open-weight model without requiring customers to operate their own inference infrastructure.

Preview customers can use Kimi K3 through Cortex AI Functions and Cortex Inference, with support for Cortex Agents, CoCo and CoWork planned later. The integration targets coding, research and data-analysis workloads that require long-running, multi-step reasoning. Snowflake
