Databricks plans to open an office in Abu Dhabi in February 2027 as it increases investment across the Middle East. The office will serve as a strategic center for the company’s UAE operations and broader regional business.

Databricks currently has more than 60 employees covering the Middle East and Africa and plans to more than double that headcount over the next 12 months. The company says it already serves hundreds of regional customers and is seeing rapid growth in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
